"I wouldn't even give State farm even a 1 but that is the only way I could write a review. We got stranded just a couple of miles out of Hankinson ND got ahold of state farm for a tow we wanted to be towed to Watertown SD was told they only tow 20 miles and charged us over 400 for the difference for mileage. Paid the difference then they couldn't find anyone to tow us was told we might have to stay in our vehicle overnight on the interstate because it was a holiday weekend. The most traveled of the year and they dont have tow service. We had to call the HP and they gave us some places to call the first one out of Sisseton SD and in a very reasonable time came out to us loaded us and brought back to Watertown SD for less money that State Farm charged us. I have told my husband to get out of State Farm for years we were screwed by them when we had them before in Brookings SD. Constantly taking big trips I knew where our money was going then. We will be dropping our Insurance with state farm pay a bunch a money for insurance and they dont pay out when we are in a situation. State Farm Insuarnce SUCKS HORRIBLE SERVICE"
